Queries responded to within 30 minutes, subject to fair use. Fixed weekly rate, billed monthly in arrears. Minimum 6-month commitment.

The Full-Service Retainer — Quoted after your Business Audit

For businesses that need more than access - they need work done. Includes contract drafting and review, employment matters, consumer law advice, business restructuring, IP protection, and more. Scoped and priced after your Business Audit. Responses within 24 hours. Fixed monthly fee, billed in arrears. Minimum 6-month commitment.

Book a Business Audit. Every retainer starts here. We'll take a deep dive into your business, understand your legal exposure, and identify exactly what support you need. The audit is charged regardless of whether you proceed - but if you sign up for a 12-month retainer, the audit fee is deducted from your total.

Step 2

We recommend the right retainer for you. Based on the audit, we'll recommend either the Access Retainer or a Full-Service arrangement - with transparent, fixed-fee pricing and no surprises.

Step 3

You're onboarded and we get to work. Once you're set up, you have a commercial lawyer in your corner every month. Reach out when you need us - we're here.

Step 4

We grow with your business. As your business evolves, your legal needs will too. We'll review your arrangement at the end of each term and make sure you're always on the right level of support.
